JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare raw foodstuffs (vegetables, fruit, etc.).
Set up food for preparation of various dishes.
Assemble dishes, salads and sandwiches according to Premiere Moisson recipes.
Cook and prepare simple dishes using appropriate techniques.
Package food products.
Apply quality, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards established by Premiere Moisson.
