Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support food service operations by serving meals to customers and ensuring that all food items are presented attractively. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals during peak service hours.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Basic cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
