Duties

Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and plating dishes. Cook menu items with attention to food safety, quality, and consistency. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations throughout shifts. Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are managed appropriately. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards. Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of food handling regulations and hygiene practices. Prior experience in the food industry or meal preparation is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
