We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by cooking, assisting in food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties

Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Help cook various menu items according to recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, and sanitizing surfaces. Follow food safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Participate in inventory by assisting with information of stock. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Engage positively with team members and contribute to a supportive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Food Safe certificate required Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull up to 11.5 kilograms(25 pounds) without assistance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Must have strong organizational skills and display high attention to detail A passion for cooking and meal preparation, with a willingness to learn new skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
