Job Description
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen or back-of-house experience
Able to prepare sauces, grill meats, and handle general food prep (mise en place)
Experience as a line cook, prep cook, or chef assistant preferred
Hardworking, reliable, and responsible attitude
Strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene; able to maintain an organized kitchen
Team player with good communication skills
Available for evening and night shifts
Responsibilities:
Have ability with sauce preparation, grilling, and hot/cold dish production
Handle food prep, washing, cutting, and plating
Maintain daily kitchen cleanliness and perform closing duties
Ensure smooth, efficient, and timely food service
Location: Downtown Toronto
Shift: Evening / Night Shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
