Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers, ensuring excellent service experience Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies Follow all food handling regulations and safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management

Skills

Proven experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety regulations is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously Passion for the food industry with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
