We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of items during peak service hours. Dispose of waste properly and assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food service operations, including food preparation and handling techniques. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and serving. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
