About Us:

Bronuts is a local favorite known for our fresh, creative donuts and quality coffee. We're looking for an energetic and reliable team member who can jump in wherever needed--whether it's in the kitchen, behind the coffee bar, or serving our amazing customers.

Position Type:

Part-Time (15-18 hours/week)
Opportunity to transition to Full-Time based on performance and learning.

Hourly Pay:

$16/hour

Shift Start Time:

7:00 AM (occasional earlier starts when needed)

Responsibilities:

Assist with kitchen prep work, including creams, glazes, and other donut components Decorate donuts with precision and creativity Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as a Barista when needed. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and front-of-house areas Assist in receiving and processing customers' orders with accuracy and efficiency Provide friendly, professional customer service. Help with inventory receiving and organization as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Energetic and fast-paced. Can keep up in a busy environment. Works well with others. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Food service or barista experience is an asset, but not required (training provided) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
