Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning:

Thoroughly cleaning exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and vents, to remove grease and other flammable materials.

Safety:

Setting up safety zones, covering sensitive areas, and protecting kitchen equipment before cleaning.

Equipment Use:

Utilizing degreasers, scrapers, power washers, and vacuums to effectively remove grease buildup.

Inspections:

Identifying fire risks or mechanical issues within the system and reporting them to supervisors.

Documentation:

Taking before and after photos, completing digital work orders, and documenting cleaning activities.

Physical Demands:

Climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and working in various weather conditions.

Compliance:

Ensuring all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Maintenance:

Maintaining tools and equipment, and performing basic upkeep tasks.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with clients and team members.

Flexibility:

Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Driving:

In some cases, a valid driver's license is required to transport equipment and travel to job sites.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
