Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' kitchen visions into reality by providing expert design solutions and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring that each project reflects their unique style while adhering to functional requirements.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to design custom kitchen layouts that maximize space and functionality. Utilize Cabinet Vision software to create detailed design plans and 3D renderings. Conduct product demonstrations and provide insights on materials and finishes. Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion, including upselling additional products or services. Maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and follow-up communication. Assist in marketing efforts to promote kitchen design services, including participation in trade shows and events. Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the renovation and construction phases to ensure project timelines are met. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

Skills

Proficient in Cabinet Vision or 2020 for creating design plans. Strong outside sales experience with a focus on high-end sales. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. Knowledge of renovation processes and construction practices. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and cashiering is a plus.
