Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic kitchen staff. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key to delivering high-quality meals to our customers.

Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Follow food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately when required, following cash handling procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
