Overview

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling. Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests. Handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products served.

Skills

Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling practices. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in serving customers and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
