At Birdy's Fine Casual Dining, we're passionate about food, service, and creating memorable dining experiences. We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Cook or Line Chef to bring leadership, creativity, and precision to our back-of-house operations.

Your Role:
As an experienced cook, you'll take ownership of your station and contribute directly to the quality and consistency of every dish that leaves the kitchen. You'll work alongside a talented team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities:

Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Collaborate with the back of house staff on prep, plating, and specials Uphold all health and safety regulations (HPECHS, Food Handlers standards, etc.) Contribute to kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and prep lists
Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years of professional kitchen experience required Solid understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume kitchen Excellent knife skills and a strong palate Dependable, punctual Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
