? Work independently under the supervision of our head Cook and assists in cooking all meals and dishes on our menu items. Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking, season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience and by taking supervision from the head Cook.
? Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients and dishes according to recipes or personal judgment with occasional help from the head Cook.
? Peel, cut, and seed vegetables to prepare them for cooking.
? Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
? Inspect supplies, equipment and clean food preparation areas such as work surfaces and serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
? Coordinate in activities of workers engaged in food preparation, food service and food counter attendants.
? Check the quantity and quality of received products.
? Coordinate with other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
Must speak Cantonese or Mandarin
