Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training and performance management
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure adherence to standards
- Enforce proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Skills: - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff
