We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will help create a positive dining experience for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Assist with cash handling and operate the POS system, including Micros POS
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing guest inquiries
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Skills
Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling practices
Experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork
