We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role involves working on-site to install, repair, and maintain a variety of structures and systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements
Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed
Execute cabinet installation with precision
Conduct flooring installation and tile laying tasks
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installations
Engage in carpentry and woodworking projects, ensuring structural integrity
Carry out construction painting for aesthetic finishes
Assist with rebar installation for concrete reinforcement
Participate in roofing projects, including siding installation
Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and gaps effectively
Provide maintenance person services as required, demonstrating versatility across multiple trades
Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and construction estimating
Apply plumbing and electrical experience when necessary to complete installations
Requirements
Proven experience in construction or related fields
Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics
Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites
