Position Overview

The Cabinet Installer will be responsible for the on-site installation of custom cabinets, millwork, and related components in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry according to project plans and specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

Perform Site Measurements

Perform Inspection of finished product

Perform precise measurements, adjustments, and alignments to ensure a perfect fit and finish

Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites

Perform service work as required

Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and homeowners

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry work

Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and hardware

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Excellent attention to detail and finishing skills

Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle

Own set of hand and power tools

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
