Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety residential sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, carpentry, and related trades, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks. Must have strong experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials.

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites. Maintenance Person experience across various trades is a plus. Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and building codes. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients. This position is integral to delivering high-quality installations across diverse projects.
