RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that the dining area is clean during and after meal services. Ensure that the kitchen areas, equipment, and restrooms are clean during the overnight hours. Provide the cooks, server assistants, bartenders and servers with support and assistance. Provide support for all activities pertaining to cleaning/maintaining kitchen storage, preparation and service areas and materials to include maintaining closet inventories. No supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities and equipment. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 10-15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees and solve problems. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write and read reports and purchase orders, as well as basic math skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working independently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards. Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
