Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, meal service, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
Duties
- Support kitchen staff in food preparation and meal service
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Aid in cooking tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Work Location: In person
