We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant / Restaurant Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties

Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly manner. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS if applicable. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Support team members in various tasks as needed, including serving meals and cleaning duties. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in cooking, food preparation, and guest services.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to handle food safely. Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to hospitality and guest services. Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
