We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Lakeside Bala Restaurant . This role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests enjoy a delightful dining experience. Located in Bala, Ontario, you will be part of a friendly team in a vibrant restaurant atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Assist chefs in food preparation. (mainly salads desserts and appetizers) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Ensure all food safety standards are met during food handling. Support the team during busy service periods to ensure timely meal delivery.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is an asset but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
