Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in

VAUGHAN MILLS - $20 per hour + commission

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities. Present product offerings through engaging presentations and demonstrations. Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role or related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. A self-starter who is goal-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively. A background in customer service or account management is advantageous but not required.
