Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries at the kiosk Promote products and services confidently to maximize engagement and sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to record customer interactions and transactions Provide customer support by answering questions via phone or in person with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area for an inviting experience Use strong communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Skills

Proven sales experience with a focus on client engagement and persuasion Confidence in starting conversations with customers is a key asset Previous Sales , Door- to - Door , and fast paced work environment experience is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic computer skills including typing accuracy for efficient data entry Resilient and well adjusted to frequent customer rejections. Analysis skills to interpret customer needs and tailor interactions accordingly Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in retail or customer support roles is preferred
