Job Description
Kingsco Transport LTD is actively seeking a Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager you would be responsible for the following:
- Manage all dispatch operations
- Rate-Quote tenders under the CEO\'s approval
- Manage our salt tent, salt purchases, pricing etc. as well as building repairs and maintenance
- Involvement in salt sales with the director of operations & sales
- Manage Colson Cove contract- all aspects of the daily operations including the port side.
- Look after all equipment repairs cost lines, building repairs, and upgrades
- Manage the gypsum contact from loading to delivery, inventory levels and working with the customer daily.
- Customer Relations- Meeting, Pricing, follow up, address concerns, issues etc..
- Safety- Accident investigation, policy, procedure, follow-up, dealing with drivers, customers, government agency\'s, as well as lead the monthly safety meeting.
- Oversee dispatch staff and dispatch operations, conducts morning meetings for the daily dispatch
- Responsible for cost and revenue projections in all divisions
