We offer a multidisciplinary approach and client-centered care for various musculoskeletal injuries ranging from sport-related injuries, workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents, and post-surgical conditions.

The anticipated schedule for this position is Mon-Friday.

In this role you will:

Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments in collaboration with the Physiotherapist Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs Perform reassessment of client progress through functional testing Provide regular education sessions to clients Ensure return to work plans with client and employer have been made and documented in the client chart

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 12 months + experience in a Return to Work position. Completed a bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science Field-related experience not a strict requirement but sound understanding of anatomy and exercise physiology to be the foundation for further training. Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people Additional consideration given to candidates with experience or competencies in customer service, personal training, social media, other skills that are useful for a growing small business Field related experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic considered an asset
