Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Kinesiologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the skills necessary to analyze and improve physical movement and overall well-being.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to analyze patients' movement patterns and functional abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Provide acute care interventions to manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Utilize case management techniques to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records using electronic medical records systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology
- Certification in Kinesiology (BCAK)
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of human anatomy
- Experience with office procedures and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
