Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Kinesiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human movement and exercise science, with the ability to develop tailored rehabilitation programs for clients. This role involves working closely with individuals to enhance their physical well-being, improve mobility, and prevent injuries through evidence-based practices.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop personalized exercise programs aimed at rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall fitness improvement. Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients. Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress, and program modifications. Stay updated on the latest research and trends in kinesiology and related fields to enhance service delivery.

Experience

A degree in Kinesiology or a related field is required. Previous experience in a clinical or fitness setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of injury prevention strategies and rehabilitation techniques is highly desirable. Certification from a recognized professional organization in kinesiology or exercise science is a plus. Pay: $43,235.71-$94,536.32 per year
