The successful candidate will posses the ability to perform ergonomic assessment, POET's, work hardening and facilitating FCE's. This position will provide the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, as well as provide exposure to complex occupational rehab cases.

In this role you will:

Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs Perform biweekly reassessment of client progress through functional testing Record functional and subjective findings in client charts on a regular basis Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals Conduct group orientation and education lectures and regular one-on-one education to clients Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge. Support additional duties to support clinic operations as assigned by the Clinic Lead and Business Lead.

Qualifications:

Graduate of university Kinesiology degree program 2+ years of experience considered an asset Registration with the appropriate Provincial governing body for Kinesiologists is required
