POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Garden Valley School Division invites applications for the full-time (1.0 FTE) term position of Kindergarten Teacher at J.R. Walkof School from

January 5, 2026

to June 30, 2026

Garden Valley School Division is a dynamic and thriving educational community located in the heartland of Manitoba's beautiful Pembina Valley Region. With a student population of about 4,300, the division encompasses 14 schools in the communities of Winkler, Plum Coulee, Schanzenfeld, Hochfeld, Blumenfeld, Reinland, and Blumengart.

REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Hold or be eligible to hold a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate. Prior experience teaching in a kindergarten classroom would be considered an asset. The ability to work alongside teachers, colleagues and contribute collaboratively as a team member. Satisfactory Criminal Record Check & Child Abuse Registry Check
