Kindergarten Teacher

who will help establish a strong foundation in both academics and character, while joyfully integrating the truths of the Catholic faith into daily classroom life.

Duties

Create a Christ-centered, orderly, and joyful classroom environment rooted in classical Catholic pedagogy. Teach a developmentally appropriate Kindergarten curriculum, including phonics, reading, math, catechesis, nature study, and storytelling. Integrate the Catholic faith throughout the school day, with daily prayer, liturgical celebration, and moral formation. Partner with parents as primary educators through clear and consistent communication. Support and participate in the broader mission of the school, including community events, faculty formation, and liturgical life. Collaborate with school leadership and fellow teachers in curriculum planning and student formation.

Requirements

Practicing Catholic in full communion with the Magisterium, with a life that reflects the Church's teachings. Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Education or a related field); teaching certification and experience in early childhood education preferred. Familiarity with or willingness to learn classical education methods and philosophy. Strong classroom management skills, with a loving yet structured approach to young learners. Excellent communication skills and a desire to grow spiritually and professionally.

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
