Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students. Create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independent learning. Foster positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Assess student progress through ongoing observation, documentation, and assessment. Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians on their child's development and progress. Maintain a safe and clean classroom conducive to learning, incorporating Islamic worldview. Collaborate with other kindergarten teachers and school staff to plan and coordinate curriculum and school-wide events. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelors degree preferred. Valid teaching certification/license appropriate for teaching kindergarten. Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to teaching young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $2,800.00-$3,000.00 per month
