Kids Personal Trainer
with a solid foundation in
kinesiology
and child development to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead safe, effective, and fun fitness sessions for children aged 9-15.
Apply principles of kinesiology to support physical development, coordination, and injury prevention.
Customize programs based on individual needs, goals, and abilities.
Foster a positive, energetic, and encouraging environment.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about progress and goals.
Monitor safety and ensure proper form, posture, and technique.
Qualifications:
Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, CANFITPRO, CPTN, ISSA, or equivalent) - youth fitness specialization is a plus.
Previous experience working with children in a fitness or sports setting.
CPR/First Aid certified.
Patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills.
