Job Summary: Revolution Martial Arts Mission is looking for an energetic, positive, and reliable Kids Kickboxing Coach to join our growing team! We're passionate about building confidence, discipline, and fitness in children through martial arts, and we're looking for a coach who shares the same mission. As a Kids Kickboxing Coach, you will lead fun, engaging, and structured classes for children ages 3-15. You'll focus on teaching kickboxing fundamentals, building coordination, encouraging teamwork, and creating a safe and supportive environment where kids can thrive. We are seeking someone who is not only skilled in martial arts but also has a natural ability to connect with children and inspire them to be their best--both on and off the mats. Responsibilities: Teach age-appropriate kickboxing techniques and drills. Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe class environment. Manage group dynamics and keep kids engaged and motivated. Serve as a role model for discipline, respect, and teamwork. Communicate with parents in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with gym events, demonstrations, or special programs as needed. Qualifications: Kickboxing experience required (coaching or competing). Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or childcare). Strong communication and leadership skills. Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
