Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for physical fitness and a commitment to educating and developing kids of all ages and skill levels. This role is essential in fostering a positive and encouraging environment where kids can thrive, improve their skills, achieve their personal goals, burn off energy and most importantly HAVE FUN!

Responsibilities

Coach class programs for kids of all ages (6 months to 18 years+; lesson plans will be provided to you) Spot children and keep them safe when learning new skills Educate athletes on the physical skill focus for the class Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance performance and build confidence Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among all participants - kids and coworkers alike! Adapt to different age groups / personalities and keep kids ENGAGED throughout Set up gym equipment quickly and efficiently depending on age of kids in the class

Skills

Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively teach various age groups and adjust language accordingly Strong ability to be adaptable and think on the fly Patience and adaptability in working with diverse groups of individuals Enthusiasm and friendliness are a must!

Preferred

Background in competing in rep sports Previous experience coaching youth sports Baseline knowledge of fitness either through your own training or through school and certifications
MUST HAVE THE SKILLS AND MATURITY TO COMMAND A GROUP OF TEENAGERS FROM 12-16+
