Overview

We are seeking a caring and energetic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. This role involves supervising and engaging children in a safe, fun, and educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing attitude. Responsibilities

Supervise and playing with children during designated activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Organize and facilitate age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area, including sanitizing toys and supplies regularly Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's needs or concerns Assist children with their personal care needs as necessary, providing compassionate caregiving Enforce safety rules and emergency procedures promptly and appropriately Foster an inclusive environment that welcomes children of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Qualifications

Prior experience working with children in classroom settings or caregiving roles is preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices Strong ability to engage children through teaching, play, and creative activities Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and team members Compassionate attitude with patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in child development Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
