Canna Havana is seeking experienced applicants for the role of Keyholder/Sales Associate. We are looking for passionate, dedicated and reliable individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. We are a new Cannabis retailer located in the downtown Preston area of Cambridge.As a Keyholder/Sales Associate you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, as you will be the first point of contact representing Canna Havana. The ideal candidate will have retail cannabis experience and will be able to efficiently use their knowledge to direct customers to their desired product.Responsibilities include:Greet customers in a welcoming manor while building customer relationshipsMaintain a positive and friendly attitude with customers at all timesRemain up to date with product knowledge and educate the customers on cannabis products and their safe consumptionMaintain store cleanliness and organizationEfficiently handle the pos system with accuracy and attention to detailResponsible for opening and closing the store and other administrative dutiesAbide by all company policies and AGCO regulations and standardsValidate government issued ID and ensure no entry of minorsRequirements: Must be 19 years of age or olderCannSell certification requiredCriminal Background check requiredPrevious experience in a Cannabis retail store preferredKnowledge of cannabis products and accessoriesJob Type: Part-timeSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourSchedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Retail Cannabis: 1 year (preferred)

• CannSell Certification (required)
