We've also obtained 10 Cannabis Retail Licenses from the NLC (which are called Atlantic Cannabis), current locations include Corner Brook, Grand Falls-Windsor, Gander, Goulds, St. John's, Torbay, Bay Roberts and Placentia.

The Role - Keyholder
We're currently recruiting
a Keyholder for our Water Street location
. Keyholders are front and center for all the action. They are the liaison between the product and the customer, the brand ambassadors, and the friendly faces of our organization. We're looking for Keyholders to become local cannabis experts and develop long lasting relationships with our customers by providing an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Store Manager, our Keyholders are responsible for:
Being a Brand Ambassador for ACL.
Helping customers select cannabis, accessories, and apparel by identifying their needs and wants through helpful questions and conversation.
Providing high quality customer service to all customers, ensuring each customer leaves with the products they came in for, or an alternative substitute we have available in-store.
Educating and conversing with customers by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of in-store products and keeping informed on industry-wide news.
Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed and that building is properly armed and disarmed.
Ensuring all store daily logs are filled out accurately and timely.
Assisting with product shipment, transfers, and recording.
Ensuring inventory is accurate and ensuring controls are in place for loss prevention.
Participating in staff education, merchandising and promotional activities.
Maintain cleanliness of storefront, including ensuring the cabinets and display cases look professional.
Complying with all ACL policies and procedures, current and future.
Handling transactions with 100% accuracy.
Troubleshooting customer concerns and sharing solutions to issues with management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in retail/customer service
Experience in a supervisory/management role an asset
Experience working in a cannabis retail environment and/or with controlled substances is considered an asset
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
