Role and Responsibilities

Keyholder

role includes, but is not limited to:

Customer Offering:

Greet customers upon entrance, engage in meaningful conversations, and build relationships to understand their specific needs. Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone in the store. Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and safe/responsible usage.

Day-to-Day Operations:

Promote our culture and brand by participating in merchandising and promotional activities. Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, staying informed on cannabis industry legislation, trends, and new products. Conduct routine store maintenance to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a professional environment. Complete customer transactions using the POS system and adhere to all cash handling and loss prevention protocols. Monitor inventory levels, assist with inventory counts, and re-stock products regularly to maintain stock availability.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum:

2 years of customer service experience.

Minimum:

2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience. Cannabis, liquor, or healthcare experience is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass a

Criminal Record Check

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 years or older (19 in BC). Reliable transportation to and from work.
