Chillin' Buds is growing and looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing

Keyholder

to support daily operations and deliver top-tier customer service in our Paris location. If you're confident in sales, love working with people, and want to grow in the cannabis industry--this is for you!

What You'll Do

Open/close the store & lead shifts with confidence Use POS system Guide customers through product selection & provide cannabis education Achieve sales targets with great service and selling techniques Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant Support inventory management, digital systems (Google Drive, POS), and team training Stay current with cannabis laws, products, and trends

What We're Looking For

Friendly,

extroverted personality

with strong leadership potential Proven sales/customer service experience (1-2 years preferred) Comfortable using

Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar

, and POS systems Dependable, punctual, highly organized and professional Must be 19+, have a

CannSell certification

, and pass a background check Valid Ontario driver's license & reliable transportation
