Job description

We expect our employees to adhere to company policy and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Cannabis Link is an AGCO-licensed facility, and all our employees must recognize and fulfil all AGCO requirements while fostering an environment of integrity, positivity and teamwork. Employees are our brand ambassadors; they must have extensive knowledge of cannabis products and keep up with industry trends. Brand ambassadors must be available for AM and PM daypart shifts.

Ability to develop meaningful connections through creating relationships in the community with customers & peers based on a foundation of trust & teamwork. Adhere to all regulatory requirements by following policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Ability to collaboratively challenge the status quo to innovate, improve and advance our world-class organization.
