Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated 25+ hour Key Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our retail establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of store activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. We will not consider students for this position.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager and ASM in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage team performance by training, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve sales goals. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and inventory management. Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Support inventory management processes, including ordering stock and conducting regular audits. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members. Experience with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Ability to manage a team effectively, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire others. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
