Duties:

- Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Oversee pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular performance feedback for staff
