Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic key holder sales to join our team. In this role, you will support the Management team in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting management team in merchandising products, selling, daily ops and maintaining a positive shopping environment while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Duties

Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers. Manage inventory levels through effective merchandising strategies and stock management. Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering duties and ensuring accurate cash management. Train new employees on sales techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Implement upselling strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's image. Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Proficient in retail sales techniques with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately. Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Familiarity with merchandising principles to optimize product presentation in-store. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
