We're looking for a

Key Holder

who is reliable, customer-focused, and ready to take on a leadership role in our Scarborough store.

Responsibilities

As a Key Holder, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations while acting as the shift lead. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, fun-filled experience for every guest.

Shift Supervision: Open and close the store independently, ensuring operations run smoothly

Customer Service: Greet customers, explain token and claw machine systems, and offer friendly assistance

Cash Handling: Manage the cash register, process payments, and complete end-of-day cash-outs

Inventory Support: Assist in restocking prizes, managing token levels, and reporting low inventory

Machine Readiness: Monitor the machines, report issues, and assist with light troubleshooting if needed

Team Support: Supervise part-time staff during your shift and help maintain a positive work environment

What We're Looking For

6+ months of experience in retail, customer service, or entertainment settings

Responsible and trustworthy--you'll have store keys and alarm codes

Outgoing and energetic--you love chatting with customers and making their day

Flexible availability, especially during evenings and weekends

Interest in claw machines, arcade games, or pop culture is a plus!

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
