RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered. Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations Maintaining personal and productivity goals Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates. Open/Closing duties Assisting with inventory, accepting orders. Leading/assisting staff members. May include other responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail service role, or a similar position. Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management role, or a similar shift lead position. Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (or Google Suite) Highly motivated individual with an ability to work under minimal supervision Effective leadership, coaching, training skills Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.)

Part-Time Employees:

Must provide at least

20 hours of availability per week

during the Company's operating hours, with a minimum block of

4 hours per day

. Employees must provide availability for at least one evening, and one day on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday).

Full-Time Employees:

Must provide a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week during the Company's operating hours.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.65 per hour
