Job Description
We are currently hiring second Key Holder (On-Call + 2-3 Shifts/Week) to support our retail team. This role includes customer service, daily operations, and store opening/closing duties. Shifts may vary but typically follow a consistent weekly pattern.
Schedule:
On-call position
with flexible availability Typical hours:Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-8:00 PM
Every Saturday is required
Additional hours may be available as neededResponsibilities:
Open and close the store following company procedures Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays Operate the POS system and handle transactions Receive and restock inventory Support daily store operations and uphold brand standards
Requirements:
Strong communication and reliability Self-motivated and professional attitude Willing to learn and share product knowledge Must be available evenings and Saturdays
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Proficiency in retail sales and customer service Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems Basic math skills for transaction processing Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
