We're on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team.

As the Key Holder/Floor Lead at Groovy Shoes, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a team, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service. Briefly, here's a look into the day to day at Groovy as a key holder:

Opening/Closing the store Supervising sales associates' work and assigning tasks Lead, motivate and inspire the team. Keep a positive environment for sales. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and missions of the store. Maintains and models a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events; continues to keep the store operating to standard and sets a positive example for the team. Constantly communicate with the management team to improve employees and the store itself. Give ideas and take initiative. Delegates and follows up on tasks as set by management. Influences staff by leading by example, in sales and hands-on work. Demonstrates a high level of customer service and product knowledge. Maintaining in-store presentation, merchandising standards, and cleanliness Delivers excellent customer service, and supervises sales associates to ensure they are delivering excellent customer service. Supports store operations by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments through existing organizational tools. Maintaining inventory control.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Job requirements: Minimum of 3 years of key holder experience
