Halloween Alley is Canada's favourite Halloween pop-up shop, bringing the spirit of the season to life with costumes, decorations, accessories, and frightfully fun experiences. We're looking for a motivated and energetic
Key Holder
to help support store operations during our busiest (and most fun!) time of year.
What You'll Do:
Support Leadership
: Assist the Store Manager in supervising staff, setting daily goals, and maintaining a fun, efficient work environment.
Customer Service Superstar
: Help lead the team in delivering top-notch customer service, solving problems quickly, and making every shopper's visit a treat.
Operations Support
: Contribute to daily store tasks like stocking, visual merchandising, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Pitch In Physically
: Be ready to lift and move up to 50 lbs--decorations and costumes don't set themselves up!
Be the Backup
: Step in when the Store Manager is off-site to ensure operations and staff stay on track.
What You Bring:
Previous experience in retail or as a team lead/supervisor is preferred.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to keep cool during peak times.
Good organizational skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
Comfortable with physical work like stocking shelves and lifting boxes.
